Ridgeview Municipal
Ridgeview Municipal is a fictional municipality located South of Atlanta, Georgia. Once, Ridgeview was the unincorporated portions in the most Southern parts of Fulton County. The very same county that the capitol is located. As recently as 2019, Ridgeview remained unincorporated and was not given it's municipality status until 2022.
City Plans[edit]
The future of Ridgeview is bright. Projects such as the Ridgeview City Complex being very close to completion, and the 2024-2025 sees the first graduating class of Ridgeview High school sooner after. 2025 is expected to be a big year for the new city.
Locations of Interest[edit]
Ashland Lake is a lake covering an area of 30 acres within the Municipality of Ridgeview. The lake has a variable depth and was formed naturally, then expanded in the early 80's by the army corps of engineers.
Resources[edit]
It would take several years and multiple surveys before there natural resources discovered. Once found, it wasn't long before the enterprising minds in or around Ridgeview decided to make a claim one way or another. With that, the population of Ridgeview grew from 65,000 people in 2019, to 185,000 in 2022.
Political Climate[edit]
The Moore family has called Georgia home for nearly 300 years. The first of them coming to America as one of the few black people to avoid enslavement or any issues that those who were enslaved dealt with. This freedom has allowed many members to participate in the politics of the area.
